Case study 03 · Operational Recruitment · Frontline & Supervisory Roles

Supporting recruitment across a frontline operational workforce

An operational business required recruitment support across several workforce groups, including team leadership, truck-driving and labouring roles.

Recruiting multiple occupational groups simultaneously creates a different challenge from filling a single professional vacancy.

The challenge

Each role carried different practical and technical requirements, while the organisation still needed consistency around reliability, workplace behaviour, safety awareness and operational fit.

The process therefore needed enough structure to create consistency without treating fundamentally different jobs as though they required identical candidates.

Our approach

ParaCOACH structured recruitment around the requirements of each occupational group while maintaining common assessment principles across the workforce.

Frontline and supervisory positions were assessed differently where appropriate, while shared organisational expectations remained visible throughout the process.

This allowed role-specific screening without losing sight of the capability and behaviours required across the broader operation.

What we delivered

Recruitment support across frontline and supervisory workforce categories, including structured screening and assessment appropriate to the requirements of the individual roles.

The ParaCOACH difference

The engagement demonstrated ParaCOACH's ability to work across the workforce—not only executive and professional recruitment.

Capability matters at every level of an organisation.
